Take the complex process of dealing with bereavement and make it feel as simple and straightforward as possible.

The process

I wrote a fair few web pages during my time at Farewill, but the most rewarding was definitely this free guide page explaining what to do when someone dies. At a time when people are feeling deeply sad, vulnerable and confused, it felt incredibly satisfying to be able to simplify the process for them.

To support the page, I also created a downloadable checklist so people could take things at their own pace.

The result

An educational page that was promoted through Google ads to highlight Farewill’s probate and funeral services.
