Create a great first impression for anyone visiting the Filestage website.

The process

When I joined Filestage in 2021, the website was already a few years out of date.

My first task was to audit and update the copy in line with the tone of voice guidelines I’d created. Then I hired a designer to elevate Filestage’s look and feel. We collaborated on everything from big design decisions like colors, product images and component layouts, to more finicky things like margins and padding.

While this was primarily a website redesign project, it became the blueprint for Filestage’s visual identity across email, social, downloadable guide and even the product.

The results

A website that positions Filestage as a market leader in the online proofing space.
